HOW TO TRANSPORT PORTALIFT AND ECONOLIFT HOISTS

Transporting Portalift Hoists - Lift the cradle off the lower limit switch. The cradle should be supported and/or strapped to the hoist leg to prevent cradle movement over rough terrain. If the hoists are not being transported over rough terrain or long distances, lifting the cradle off the lower limit switches is enough. This applies to both, Portalift and Econolift Hoists.
